The only problem is that there seems to be a bug in the generation of the certificate. The familiar Level 3 circular icon does not appear in the certificate. It's supposed to be displayed at the lower left. What appears is simply an empty box as seen below.
If you look at my Level 1 and Level 2 certificates, the blue circular icons are printed near the lower left corner. The photos on the certificates are just my own additions.
There might have been a glitch in its generation. Nonetheless, I've already emailed Education Awards (educationawards@toastmasters.org) to report the problem. We'll see.
