We forgot all about the usual group pictorial at the meeting's end. So we had a photo instead at the reception desk/ lobby/ waiting area of the office at the 20th floor of Tower 2 of Insular Life Corporate Center building. Shown below (L-R) are: VPM Jason Confesor, Pres. Ron Aguila, Sec. Myzza Abuel, me, Anne and Leah.

In this meeting, the UPS GBS Alabang Director, Ric, attended and had supportive and encouraging words to the members regarding the Toastmasters program. He even joked about being disappointed when he wasn't called during the Table Topics portion.
There were only 4 prepared speakers and all were present! As in the previous meeting, the Prepared Speech portion came ahead of Table Topics in the Educational Portion which they call Educational Development. But in the Evaluation Portion (which they call Leadership Development), the Table Topics Evaluation goes first.
There were 5 respondents for the Table Topics (almost going 6!). As Table Topics evaluator, I clarified first the time allotment. So it's 1 to 2 minutes evaluation per respondent and Topicsmaster. So the alloted time for Table Topics Evaluation is 6 minutes to 12 minutes for the 6 mini-speakers (5 respondents and 1 topicsmaster).
