Club-Hopping at NXP Philips, Calamba - A Dramatic Talk
Today, I was given a Toastmasters token (pen holder that looks like a lectern) by Area Governor Carina "Bobbie" Galang while club hopping at NXP TMC in Calamba, Laguna. These tokens were handed out in a recent convention I was unable to attend.

Club-Hopping as Evaluator at NXP Toastmasters Club - Calamba
Today, I was invited by Area 77 Governor Khris Albano to be a guest evaluator at the NXP (formerly Philips Calamba) Toastmasters Club meeting. I evaluated 2 speakers: SP#3 - "Show of Hands" by Marifel Espedido and SP#3 - "The Boss" by Delia Aquino.

Guest Evaluator at Philips, Calamba
Today, Dr. Noy and I motored all the way to Calamba to attend the Philips Calamba Toastmasters Club Meeting with AreaGov. Khris. Welcoming the guests at the lobby was Rowell Macarrubo. Rowell was formerly from Motorola. He is the club's contestant under Area 77 in the upcoming Area 77-78 Joint Quartethlon on Sept. 9.
For tonight's meeting, I evaluated TM Lingua for his speech "The Missing Day in the Earth". The speech is about an attempt to explain a claimed missing day through some bible verses. Dr. Noy was the General Evaluator. VP for Education Viselle handled some business matters. Viselle is the wife of Vic delos Reyes, one of our employees at On Semiconductor.
