Fitness Challenge Day 51

Day 51 Breakfast at 9 am (above):
Black coffee, Greens, Ripe mangoes, Pork mechado, Bicol express and White rice.

Day 51 Lunch at 1 pm:
Water, Greens, Pork spare ribs afritada, Lumpia Togue with vinegar and White rice.

Day 51 Afternoon Snacks at 5 pm:
Pandesal with sandwich spread and greens and Homi chili-garlic instant noodles (straight from the grocery).

Day 51 Dinner at 9 pm:
Red wine/brandy combo, Leftover spaghetti, White rice, Longganisang Vigan and DingDong.

Day 51 Workout:
Morning Walk.

Did much driving today. First was to get the fire extinguishers and have them recharged. Then to City Hall for chores. Then to Puregold for groceries. Then finally to fetch Karen from work and send her off to her first day of masteral classes in UP Diliman.

This was certainly a day of overindulgence with the frequent "small" meals. It's days like this that throws you off track!

I had a big scare last night when I felt pain at my back near the neck area. I just had a nice massage from DH and it was time to to go to bed. For some reason I couldn't sleep. I felt some numbness in my shoulders and my arms and that started to worry me. I took Dyclofenac to relieve the neck pain so I could finally sleep.
