Fitness Challenge Day 49


Day 49 Breakfast at 9 am (above):
Black coffee, Longevity spinach, Lumpia Shanghai, Lumpia togue, Fishballs, Vinegar with cucumbers, Asado sauce and White rice.

Day 49 Lunch at 1 pm:
Red wine/brandy combo, Leaves, Fish tofu, Grilled liempo, Grilled chicken, Lechon sauce and White rice.


Day 49 Dinner 9 pm:
Red wine/brandy combo, Leaves, Corned beef with raisins and black pepper and White rice.


Day 49 Workout:
None.
