Fitness Challenge Day 38


Day 38 Breakfast at 8 am (above):
Pork adobo, Longevity spinach, Pancit, Sinigang sa sampaloc pig-tail and White rice.

Day 38 Workout:
Therapy exercises for the right shoulder (rear delts). A new year, a new start, a new routine. This may be the opportune time to do pull ups again.
