Fitness Challenge Day 28

Day 28 Lunch at 12 noon (above):
3-1 coffee, Rosemary chicken with ripe mango sauce, Lechong paksiw, Higado pork, Lettuce greens and White rice (Pampanga fare).

Day 28 Desserts:
Ube halaya

Day 28 Dinner at 8:30 pm:
Carlo Rossi sangria, Ripe mango salad with apples, Grilled hotdog on a stick, Embutido, Relyenong bangus and White rice.

Day 28 Workout:
Long drive to our ancestral home in Pampanga.
